Stainless Steel Balls
Profile:Stainless steel balls are made of materials such as 201, 304, 316, 420, and 440C, combining high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Austenitic stainless steel (such as 304/316) is resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and extreme temperatures (-200℃~800℃), suitable for chemical and food equipment; martensitic steel (such as 440C) has a hardness of HRC58-62 after heat treatment, with excellent wear resistance, suitable for high-load bearings. The precision grinding process ensures good surface finish, low friction coefficient, and can reduce equipment energy consumption. Non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-magnetic, it is widely used in medical machinery, aerospace, and precision instruments, combining long life and reliability.
