Carbon Steel Balls
Profile: Carbon steel balls have high hardness and strong wear resistance, and are widely used in industrial fields. They have the advantages of low cost, good impact resistance, and can be heat treated to optimize performance.
Hardness:
(1) Carbon steel balls without heat treatment, HRC10—30.
(2) Carbon steel balls after heat treatment, HRC58—62.
Size: 1/32 inch (0.8 mm) to 13/16 inch (20.637 mm) (also can be customized according to your requirements)
Tolerance: The tolerance of carbon steel balls is ±0.0005 (100 grade) to ±0.005 (1000 grade). G60, G100, G200, G500, G1000 are available.
Application: Carbon steel balls have high hardness and strong wear resistance, combined with the characteristics of pressure resistance and impact resistance. They are low cost and can be optimized by heat treatment. Suitable for industrial parts such as bicycle accessories, casters, slides, economical bearings, etc., and can meet the needs of high-load scenarios.
